- Born in Milan on November 4, 1956.
In 1982 he graduated in medicine and surgery at the University of Milan with a grade of 110/100 cum laude.
In 1983 he passed the state exam at the University of Pavia. He has been regularly enrolled in the Register of Doctors of the Province of Brescia since 1983.
He obtained the Postgraduate Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1986 at the Mangiagalli Clinic in Milan with a mark of 70/70 cum laude.
He then attended the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the University of California Irvine in the USA for two years as a reserch fellow (directed by Prof. R. Abch). Here he gains particular experience in the field of artificial fertilization techniques and endoscopic surgery.
He begins to carry out his activity at the Obstetrics and Gynecological Clinic of the Civil Hospitals of Brescia. First as an assistant and then as a helper.
He taught for 5 years as an adjunct professor in reproductive physiopathology at the specialty school of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the University of Brescia.
Since 1998 he has directed the Obstetrics and Gynecology Operational Unit of the Clinical Institute of the City of Brescia as head of the Sano Donato Hospital Group. He is responsible for the medically assisted procreation service of the Clinical Institute of the City of Brescia.
He is the author and co-author of various scientific publications in national and international journals.

- Ultrasound-gynecology
- Surgery-gynecology
- Endoscopic-gynecological-surgery

- Robotic Endoscopic Surgery
He currently directs the Obstetrics and Gynecology Operational Unit of the Clinical Institute of the City of Brescia and is responsible for the Assisted Reproduction Center of the same Unit.
He carries out his professional activity at Atheneum SRL in Brescia.
